Repeat delivery

Return of goods

At Lumea Tapetelor, just like you bought simply, you can easily return the products. According to Law no. 105 of March 13, 2003, most products can be returned within 14 calendar days.

General conditions for returning products:

The products purchased through the Lumea Tapetelor website or the physical stores can be returned within 14 calendar days from the purchase.
The products to be returned must be in the same condition as they were received, packed in their protective film, accompanied by the original label and receipt. Products that have been damaged due to improper handling by the Buyer cannot be returned.

How can I return a product?

To return a product, you must complete the return form.
