Usage Policy

1) The provider protects the personal data of users that became known when filling out the electronic form for submitting a supply order. In accordance with the applicable legislation and the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, the Contractor may use the users' personal data only for the purposes provided for in the contract - the adoption and implementation of orders and the connection of users in case of problems with the order. The provider must ensure that this data will not be provided in any form to third parties or used for purposes other than those described above, for the purpose unless there is the express written consent of the user or if the information is requested by the government authority competent within its competences.

2) The provider must take measures to protect the privacy of the user in accordance with the Law on the protection of personal data.

3) For security reasons, the personal data of the users, the provider will send data only to the e-mail address that was specified by the users at the time of completing the contract.

4) The provider has the right to store data in the user's terminal communication device, unless the user has explicitly expressed his opposition to this. The user's disagreement can be expressed at any time.

5) The User or Customer agrees that the provider has the right to send electronic messages to the user at any time, including newsletters or proposals for the purchase of goods, unless the user has explicitly expressed his opposition to this.

6) The user agrees that the provider has the right to collect, store and process data regarding the user's behavior in using the provider's e-shop.
